Tsai-fang Chen

Tsai-fang Chen is an associate professor and director of Institute of Technology Law, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University School of Law. He is a senior research fellow at Asian Center for WTO & International Health Law and Policy, College of Law, National Taiwan University. Tsai-fang Chen has obtained his SJD degree in University of Wisconsin Law School, LLM degree at Columbia University School of Law and National Taiwan University and LLB degree at National Chengchi University. Tsai-fang Chen has published a number of articles and book chapters in the field of international trade and investment law, international commercial arbitration and patent law. He is a co-editor of the book The Appellate Body of the WTO and Its Reform (Springer, 2020). He is a member of the Editorial Committee of the Asian Journal of WTO & International Health Law and Policy and the Contemporary Asia Arbitration Journal. He has worked as a consultant to the Office of Trade Negotiations.
