Wenhua Ji
Professor of Law
Wenhua JI is a Professor at the School of Law, University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), Beijing, China. His research focuses on international economic law, international commercial transactions, dispute resolution, and global economic and trade governance. Prof. JI holds a bachelor's degree in law from Shanghai Jiaotong University, China; a master's degree in law from Fudan University, China; and a doctorate in law from Peking University, China. He has written extensively on issues of international trade, commercial transactions and dispute resolution in both Chinese and English. He holds academic positions such as UNIDROIT Correspondent for China, and Standing Council Member of the WTO Law Research Society of the Chinese Law Society. He has previously worked in the Ministry of Commerce of China and the Chinese Mission to the WTO as a legal affairs officer and division director. He has participated in the legislative process of several laws and regulations on trade and investment in China.
