Differentiation, labor market and globalization

We consider two countries with initially one firm in each country and the possibility for each firm to invest in the other country or commercialize its products, and for workers to immigrate (Common Labor Market; CLM). Interestingly, when firms compete on the product market with no competition on the labor market (Goods’ Mobility; GM), they do not differentiate their qualities. However, when competition is introduced in both markets (Foreign Investment; FI) firms differentiate their products.

8th Asian International Economic Law Network (AIELN) Conference: The New Generation of Economic Agreements will be held on 1-2 December 2023 at College of Law, National Taiwan University co-organized by the Asian Center for WTO & International Health Law and Policy (ACWH) of National Taiwan University (NTU) College of Law and the Asian International Economic Law Network (AIELN) – the Asian Branch of the Society of International Economic Law (SIEL).

Potential and Development Prospects Assessment of Electric Power Integration of the Eurasian Economic Union Countries

Existing approaches to the analysis of countries economic integration processes in international practice are investigated in the paper. Evaluating methodology of the long-term integration processes in the electric power sector is offered for the EAEU countries in three scenarios: High, low and medium, based on the synergy of various economic and mathematical methods.
