This research is also a collaboration between the Centre for World Trade Studies UGM and NPPA. It analyzes the impact of opening public procurement market access (GPA) in WTO, IJEPA (Indonesia-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement) and IEU CEPA (Indonesia-European Union Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement). This is dominated by legal studies to measure Indonesian public procurement law’s compliance with GPA in WTO (plurilateral), IJEPA and IEU-CEPA (bilaterally). The research aims to create policy recommendations to address legal uncertainties, especially procurement laws in Indonesia. We also create a legal database which shows a set of rules that need to be revised before Indonesia ratifies those FTAs (Free Trade Agreements).
