Corporate Due Diligence in a Global Economic and Political Context

The workshop was held at Universidad EAFIT located in the department of Antioquia, Colombia. 
Professor Juan Manuel Amaya conducted a workshop for 14 people on corporate due diligence in the global economic context. In this two-hour space, participants asked questions about the challenges of Colombian regulation on corporate due diligence.
