First Conference on AfCFTA Implementation Strategies: Towards an AfCFTA Implementation Peer Learning Community

Prof. Manfred Kouty, Co-Chair attended the first conference on AfCFTA Implementation Strategies: Towards an AfCFTA Implementation Peer Learning Community that took place in Nairobi, Kenya, from 15 to 17 January 2024, co-organized by The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA), in collaboration with the AfCFTA Secretariat and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
The conference aimed to provide a platform for peer learning on the implementation of the adopted national/regional AfCFTA implementation strategies, share practical challenges encountered, mitigation mechanisms undertaken, and lessons learnt.
