Dr. GAO Tiantian attended the first session of the 2024 Advanced Seminar on Digital Economy and Trade Capacity Building, hosted by the China Association of Trade in Services.
On April 19–21, 2024, the first session of the 2024 Advanced Seminar on Digital Economy and Trade Capacity Building, hosted by the China Association of Trade in Services was held in Hangzhou Normal University, Zhejiang Province. Dr. GAO Tiantian from the WTO Chair Institute-China was invited to attend. During the seminar, participants engaged in in-depth discussions and multi-dimensional exchanges focusing on cutting-edge topics in the digital economy and trade capacity building. The agenda covered a wide range of critical issues, including the impact of digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and blockchain on global trade patterns, the formulation of international rules for digital trade, and strategies for enhancing the digital trade competitiveness of developing economies.
