Master Class on "Negotiation Skills"

On November 4, 2023, the University of World Economy and Diplomacy hosted a significant master class titled "The Art of Negotiation." The event was exclusively curated for the negotiation team of Uzbekistan, that is currently striving to secure its membership in the World Trade Organization (WTO). Notable attendees included representatives from various government bodies and the ministry, as well as esteemed members from academia. The master class was skillfully led by Professor Alisher Faizullaev, a scholar, author, teacher, diplomatic and negotiation skills trainer, coach, and former Ambassador of Uzbekistan to the United Kingdom, Benelux countries, the European Union, and NATO.

The primary objective of the master class was to enhance the negotiation skills of the Uzbekistan team. The event was executed with utmost enthusiasm and fervor, ensuring that all participants were equipped with the necessary knowledge and expertise to excel in their upcoming negotiations.

Throughout the session, Professor Alisher Faizullaev attentively addressed the curious queries put forth by the participants. Each question was met with detailed and comprehensive answers, solidifying the attendees' understanding of effective negotiation techniques.
