China WTO Review is one of the significant outputs of the WTO Chairs Programme (WCP) undertaken by the Shanghai University of International Business and Economics (SUIBE). This volume consists of two main sections: a Special Feature on Subsidy Rules and an Exploration of New Trade Issues. The Special Feature on Subsidy Rules includes two articles:1) The EU-U.S. Large Civil Aircraft Subsidy Dispute and Its Implications for China; 2) Subsidy Rule Reforms and Their Impacts Under the Joint Statement of the U.S., Japan, and the EU. The Exploration of New Trade Issues comprises four articles: 1) The Evolution of International Investment Disputes Involving Climate Issues; 2) The Development of China’s Free Trade Zones Under the Belt and Road Initiative; 3) The Practice and Improvement of WTO Advance Ruling Rules; and 4) A Study on Competitive Neutrality Rules for State-Owned Enterprises in the CPTPP. These articles present a series of unique perspectives and insights on global trade.
